The game project assignment has been made by UKK Institute and the Tampere Research Center of Sports Medicine.
The game project concentrates to the Smart Moves and the Healthy School projects. The aim of the projects are:
- to increase physical activity
- to reduce sedentary behavior
- to increase the safety of sports and exercise
Programs develop free off charge diverse education materials from the field of safety of sports and exercise to primary, secondary and vocational schools. The content consists of physical activity, sedentary behaviour, healthy eating, sleep and rest, ergonomy, mental health and substances. All the information and material are spread to the field by communication and education. Programs are financially supported by the Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture and the Finnish Ministry of Social Affairs and Health.
